Who answers if something goes wrong?
The assigned lawyer approves the delivery, and we answer for execution. Representation and strategy remain with you.
Do you work in my jurisdiction?
Yes, throughout the Dominican Republic. Elsewhere, we work from the authority you identify and flag anything we cannot verify.
Do I have to tell my client?
Yes. We provide the disclosure and consent language before work begins.
What if the deliverable isn’t usable?
We correct it at no charge within the agreed window when it misses the brief.
How does the work arrive?
Through the portal in DOCX and PDF, with linked sources. If you use bufete.ai, it appears inside the matter.
