Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced in them.

If you use the Services on behalf of a firm, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to that entity.

We provide tools for legal research, document drafting and review, case management, and related workflows. The Services may evolve over time as we add, change, or remove features.

We may set technical or usage limits, perform maintenance, and modify or discontinue parts of the Services. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes that significantly reduce core functionality.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the information you provide when registering and for keeping it accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security incident.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and your applicable professional and ethical obligations.

You may not misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them through unauthorized means, interfering with their operation, reverse engineering them, uploading unlawful content, or using outputs in a way that infringes the rights of others.

You retain all rights to the documents, data, and other materials you submit to the Services ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Services to you.

We do not use Your Content to train our AI models, and each account’s data is isolated from others. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Services, including their software, design, and the content we provide, are owned by the Company and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in the Services except the limited right to use them as permitted here.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, and as between you and us, you own the outputs you generate from Your Content using the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the Services or other users.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and material changes may be communicated through the Services. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
